1. Promotion Period

1.1. This promotion is valid for all orders placed on or before 15 January 2026.

1.2. Orders placed after this date will not qualify for the promotional discount.

2. Promotional Discount

2.1. Customers will receive a 30% discount on eligible items when the order is placed before the promotion end date.

2.2. The discount applies only to online purchases made through Ralph Jacobs’ official sales channels.

2.3. The discount cannot be combined with any other offer, coupon, or promotion unless explicitly stated.

3. Production & Lead Times

3.1. All orders qualifying for this promotion will only be processed from 15 January 2026.

3.2. Manufacturing will commence from this date and requires a minimum of 20 working days to complete.

3.3. Shipping will take place once manufacturing is finalised and the product passes quality control.

3.4. The stated manufacturing timeframe excludes public holidays, weekends, courier transit times, and any delays communicated as per our Manufacturing & Shipping Policies.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1. Standard shipping terms apply as per the Ralph Jacobs Shipping Policy.

4.2. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier availability and destination.

4.3. Ralph Jacobs Jewellers is not liable for courier delays once the parcel has been dispatched.

5. Returns, Resizing & Exchanges

5.1. All standard Return and Resize Policies remain applicable to items purchased during this promotion.

5.2. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted in accordance with the conditions outlined in our official policy (e.g., unworn, original packaging, documentation).

5.3. Custom-designed, modified, or engraved items remain non-returnable, except where required under the Consumer Protection Act.

6. Payment Terms

6.1. Full payment is required at checkout to secure the promotional discount.

6.2. Orders that are not fully paid by 15 January 2026 will not qualify for the promotion.

6.3. Layby or instalment-based payments are excluded unless explicitly approved in writing.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

7.1. Any request to modify or cancel an order must be submitted before 15 January 2026, as manufacturing begins immediately thereafter.

7.2. Once production starts, cancellations may be subject to fees as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.

8. Exclusions

8.1. Loose gemstones, unless specified, may be excluded from the promotional discount.

8.2. Gift cards, warranties, repairs, inspections, and services are not eligible for promotional pricing.

8.3. Comparative purchasing (buying multiple items with the intent of returning unwanted items) is not permitted.

9. Limited Capacity Notice

9.1. Ralph Jacobs Jewellers reserves the right to close the promotion early if capacity is reached.

9.2. Orders placed after capacity is reached may be processed only after February 2026.

10. General

10.1. By placing an order, the customer agrees to all Terms & Conditions associated with this promotion.

10.2. Ralph Jacobs reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, provided such changes do not affect confirmed orders.
