Because it is made to your specification, the 7-day change-of-mind cancellation does not apply. Your rights if an item is defective or not as described, including the six-month Consumer Protection Act right, are not affected.

This focal diamond can be tailored to your taste using our ring builder — choose from a Natural Diamond, Lab-Grown Diamond, Coloured Gemstone, or even your own heirloom or sentimental stone. With such flexibility, Arya becomes uniquely yours.
Crafted in premium platinum, Arya features a plain, polished band that enhances the centre stone’s brilliance with refined minimalism. Each piece is handcrafted to order for you. We deliver within 30 working days with a laboratory-grown stone, or 40 working days with a natural diamond or gemstone, which we source and clear through the South African Diamond and Precious Metals Regulator first. Add up to 10 working days outside South Africa. If we are ever going to be late, we tell you first, and you choose a new date or a full refund.
Each piece is handcrafted to order for you. Our workshop is finishing 2026 orders and starts new work on 11 January 2027, so orders placed now are made from 11 January 2027. We deliver within 30 working days of 11 January 2027 with a laboratory-grown stone, moissanite, no stone or your own stone, or 40 working days with a natural diamond or gemstone.
